What payment methods does Living and Company accept?
Living and Company uses payment provider Multisafepay and accepts the following secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Paypal, Giropay, Sofort Banking, Klarna (post-payment), bank transfer and payment at pickup (cash, pin or credit card).
Is it safe to order online from Living and Company?
To secure your information during the payment process, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This is a security system for the Internet. This encrypts the information exchange between you and our site during the online payment process. This makes the information unreadable to third parties. So your data is also secured.
How do I know how much shipping costs I have to pay?
Add the product to your shopping cart and enter your full address information. Our shipping system will calculate the most economical shipping rate.
There is no shipping option in the cart, can you still ship?
For some locations we do not have a standard shipping rate where we have to calculate it manually. Please contact us via email and we will try to provide you with a discounted shipping rate within 24 hours.
How long is the delivery time?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands and are shipped via worldwide. At the time your order leaves our warehouse the delivery time is average:
Please note that international packages sent via PostNL/DHL are checked by local customs. This clearance time is in addition to the regular shipping time. Since this is done by local authorities, we cannot speed up the process and thus depend on a third party. Unfortunately, customs clearance processing time can vary greatly from country to country, as little as one day to several weeks.
Shipments delivered outside the European Union are subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the total amount of an order and are passed on to the recipient. LIVING AND COMPANY cannot comment on the amount of this fee. We advise you to contact your local customs.
Which countries does Living and Company deliver to?
We ship our products worldwide! This means that we can deliver your order to the other side of the world without any problems. Curious about shipping costs? Place the product you want to buy in your shopping basket and enter your full address details. Our system will automatically calculate the most economical shipping rate. If there is no shipping rate available we need to calculate it manually, please contact our customer service.
What kind of warranty is included with Living and Company products?
All Living and Company products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that a product is or should be what you can reasonably expect it to be. Some Living and Company suppliers also offer a manufacturer's warranty on their products. For more information on a specific product's manufacturer's warranty, please contact customer service. The manufacturer's warranty is without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights; it therefore does not detract from the statutory warranty.
Is it possible to order TAX-free as a company?
At Living and Company you pay as an entrepreneur from Europe with a valid VAT number no VAT (21% VAT). If you want to order as a company you can indicate this in the shopping cart during checkout. Check that you are ordering on behalf of a company and fill in your valid VAT number. Our system will automatically calculate 0% VAT and will deduct the 21% VAT from the amount due.
Are you an entrepreneur in a country located outside the European Union? We also deliver outside the European Union with 0% TAX, this will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
We are really sorry! It can happen that something goes wrong during transport. If you receive an order that is damaged, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of receiving the order. PLEASE NOTE: You must keep the shipping packaging (with stickers) including all shipping materials to properly handle the damage, otherwise we cannot claim the damage.
Send an e-mail within 2 calendar days to [email protected] with the subject 'DAMAGE ORDER #yourordernumber'. To properly handle the damage, it is very important that we receive photos of the following items:
-Shipping label with the address visible in the photo
-Packaging materials (very important)
-Multiple photos of the damaged product
-For delivery outside the E.U. a damage report should be made at the local post office
Can I return my product if it is not to my satisfaction?
Bought a product and still not completely satisfied? The return period is 30 calendar days and starts the next day after the package is delivered to you. You must report the return to us within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. *This does not apply to business customers, personalized orders and, for example, (custom) upholstered sofas and (custom) upholstered chairs (these are excluded from returns and cancellation). What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
As soon as the package is shipped you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email. On this confirmation you will also find the tracking number with which you can follow the progress of the delivery - as well as the scheduled date and time.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DHL will usually:
-try one more time;
-attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor, or leave a message indicating where the shipment can be picked up at a collection point.
Please note; with large furniture shipments, the carrier will only come by once. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a new appointment and charge the delivery fee for the second delivery appointment.
