WORLDWIDE SHIPPINGCOSTS

Shippingcosts for orders within Europe and outside Europe are starting at € 5,95
Depending on your country, size and the weight of your order we can calculate the exact shippingcosts.
You can calculate the shippingcosts by adding the item to your shoppingbasket and selecting the shippingcountry. The system will automatically provides the shippingcosts*.
*Please note that sometimes we have to charge additional shippingcosts for large items outisde of Europe.

-BELGIUM
-GERMANY

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of our products is approximately 5 to 15 working days. Shipping / delivery times are not guarenteed and might be extended due to customs delays. These transit times are an estimate in working days, starting after the parcel leaves the international sorting centre in The Netherlands.

PICK UP

It is possible to collect your order at our warehouse in Maassluis, The Netherlands.
When your order is ready we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to make an appointment.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation of your order, as long as it's not been shipped, is free of any costs.
When you cancel an order after it's been shipped you need to accept the package and ship the items back to us.
If Living and Company has received an payment, we will refund you minus the shippingcosts after receiving the returning order in good condition.
*This does not apply to customers outside Europe and business customers.
 

RETURNS

The customer has the right to return items within 30 days after the day of delivery. This does not apply to business customers, personalised orders, for example upholstered sofa's, upholstered chairs etc. The product can only be returned if it's not been used and will be returned in it's undamaged original packaging. Please note that returns which be damaged during shipment or by improper packaging, we can not process. Always send the return item registered and insured. The customer is responsible for all shippingcosts for returning items.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns to Living and Company need to be done in writing and been send to Living and Company via e-mail or by letter.
Please mention your full name and ordernumber.
After the items are received in good condition we will refund you minus the shippingcosts within 14 days.
*If the order is paid via international bank wire we can only refund you the money on the same account you paid with.

DAMAGE

It may happen that something goes wrong during transport. If you receive an order which has been damaged, you must notify us within 2 days after receiving your order. You must keep the shippingbox including all shipping materials for insurance.
